Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is expecting delays, we will notify you as soon as possible of the changes. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free shipping and Taxes Included for all orders:

For orders of USA and Canada stock products, we could ship them out in 24 hours, it will take 2-5 business days for us to deliver.
For orders of non-stock products,  we could ship it out in 3 business days, it will take about 7 business days for us to ship.
  • Note 1: The delivery time may be delayed in the event of increased orders or other unresistible factors such as inclement weather, war, strikes, etc. If an unexpected event occurs, we will notify you at the first time via email.
  • Note 2: We temporarily do not support specifying the delivery date. But you could call your local courier with the tracking number to specify a delivery date, or pick it up at your nearest collection depot after the calling confirmation.
Shipping Carrier
  • For all orders, UPS and FedEx serve as our logistics allies to dispatch SHEBYBY items. 
Shipping Address
  • Please ensure that you offer the precise address for shipment. After the order has been fulfilled, it is not feasible to alter the address.
  • If the order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will take immediate action to rectify the address and resend it to you.
  • Note: addresses containing P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery.

Shipping Information (Track Your Order)
  • Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation notification from SHYBEBY including order details and the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the update.
  • Please note that if your order has more than one item, it may be shipped out separately and may not arrive together on the same day.
