Return policy


We accept order cancellations before the sex doll is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Generally, we cannot cancel the order if the love doll package is already shipped out.

Package unopened (partial refund)

If you change your mind, the sexdoll package can be returned within 24 hours of receiving your order and must be in good condition with original tags and packaging labels. You have to cover the shipping charges. We will refund you minus the shipping charges. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. 

Products with quality issues(full refund)

You will get a full refund after we confirm that the real doll is damaged or has manufacturing defects caused by us, please return it to us and we will cover all shipping fees. 
  • Contact us within 24 hours upon delivery, providing your order number, and an explanation of the problem.
  • Please send clear sex doll pictures and package pics showing the described defects or damage.
  • Our team will investigate and provide a suitable solution that is acceptable to you.
We can offer you a maintenance service, or new components for replacement if the doll comes with a few tiny scratches or tears.

Your Order Left Our Warehouse
  • You will cover the restocking fee of 35% of the order value if the cancellation is accepted, and other fees may apply such as processing, round shipping charges, and transaction fees. Please order carefully.
  • Please have it marked "Return to Sender" if you decide that you do not want your items, refuse the package at the time of delivery and .

Package Returned or Delivery Refused
  • You will be refunded or credited once the package has been returned to us if an order is returned to us (due to an incorrect address, or you refused it, or the post office was unable to deliver), 
  • Please note that in this case, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Item Missing
  • Fully refund If your order package is missing, please contact us ASAP.
Order Lost, Stolen, or Late 
  • We cannot accept responsibility for a package that has been lost or stolen.
  • If your order is late, please contact the courier directly. See our Shipping & Delivery for further details.
  • Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim if the order does not make it to its destination.
